Uniquely designed furnaces allow Analytic to handle vessels up to 50' in length and over 50 tons in weight.

If your vessel is too large to move to the Analytic furnace, then we can construct a furnace around the vessel at your location,
or internally fire the vessel, thereby turning the vessel into a furnace.

Either method can be accomplished with minimal disturbance to your operations. Two (2) x6 MBTU High Velocity Gas Burners totaling 12 million BTUs are placed at either end diametrically opposed from one another. These burners and their placement create a cyclone action that allows extremely even heat distribution.

Due to the operation temperature range of the furnace, type "K" thermocouples are used. All thermocouples are in accordance with the latest ANSI-MC96.1. Thermocouples are physically attached to the items to be heat treated. Analytic, in accordance with ASME Section VIII code and its latest addendum, DOES NOT operate its furnaces off of air temperature.

All recording instrumentation is potentiometric and calibrated within the limit of errors specified by NIST.
