1996

WESTERN STRESS

In 1996 Analytic Stress acquired Western Stress, which added to our already growing client base, but more importantly increased our experienced technical staff.

2004

JV Specialty Services (Kelson)

In 2005 Analytic Stress acquired the heat-treating assets of JV Specialty Services, formerly Kelson. With the additional complement of operational resources, Analytic Stress has become one of the largest Heat-Treatment providers throughout the United States.

2005

Heat-Treating Assets of Shaw Specialty Services

This asset acquisition strengthens Analytics position as one of the premier providers of the heat- treating services and reinforces our commitment to Safety, Service, and Quality.

As our Third acquisition in nine years it has accelerated Analytic Stress's operational and technical abilities to become one of the nation's largest suppliers in heat-treating services. This acquisition demonstrates our commitment to servicing the needs of our customers, providing opportunities to our employees, and delivering safe quality related services.

2011

Neptune Heat Treating

Underscoring the interest of Analytic Stress to service the entire Gulf Coast Market, ASRI is proud to announce the acquisition of Neptune Heat Treating in Corpus Christi, Texas. The acquisition will enhance both companies by combining resources of heat treating expertise, equipment, manpower, and reducing response time and costs to our customers.

The acquisition is an excellent complement of resources and service for the Gulf coast area. Neptune customers will now have access to the largest provider of heat treating services on the Gulf Coast. In addition to the continued service Neptune Heat Treating has afforded its clients over the years, clients will now have access to heat treating applications, equipment and manpower that may not have been readily available prior to the acquisition.
