Analytic Stress has developed the most thoroughly comprehensive and robust training and certification program within the heat treatment industry. Our training courses, certification tests, and equipment endorsements are hands-on and specific to each service Analytic Stress provides. Because our team is certified through rigorous in-house programs, customers benefit from proven expertise, fewer risks, and reliable results on every project.

Technician Certifications

There is no industry standard for certification in our line of work, so our team has established technician certifications that guarantee the skills and experience necessary to complete any job safely and efficiently.

Our Corporate Training Manager oversees and approves all training materials, procedures, and updates of the certification program to ensure compliance with current policies, regulatory codes, and industry standards. We also require and provide equipment endorsements to ensure that only the most qualified individuals are operating and maintaining our equipment. These equipment endorsement course criteria include forklift operation, mobile crane operation, and PLC time/temperature recorder calibration.

New Hire Qualification Testing
This specific, in-depth testing verifies the technical knowledge and skill level of every new ASR employee. Following the initial exam, new hires take the corresponding technician level training and testing to establish their certification. All testing takes place in a proctored setting and ASR documents test results to record each individual’s knowledge, understanding, and qualifications for their assigned positions.
Craft-Specific Safety Training
In addition to standard industry safety training, our employees receive further instruction and testing specific to our craft to guarantee we have the knowledge and skill necessary to complete your job in the safest, most efficient manner possible. All courses are designed and based on policies and procedures concentrated on hazards specific to our business.
First Aid, CPR, and AED Training
Analytic Stress is committed to the wellbeing of our employees. As part of that commitment, designated field technicians and supervisors receive certified training in recognizing and responding to first-aid emergencies, including CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
Project Leader Program
At Analytic Stress, we desire to see our employees thrive both as professionals and people. For that reason, we developed the Project Leader Program, a holistic development initiative that combines knowledge and skills to inspire and enable employees to be extraordinary leaders on any project. This training program covers multiple skills needed to lead—everything from advanced technologies to quality management to commanding a project.
